We are not one-lease-length-for-all kind of community so please speak to our team on how long you would like to stay. Of course, the longer you stay with The Switch your weekly rent will be lower.\n\nYou will be required to enter into a residential tenancy agreement with us.

"First of all you need to be at least 18 when you move-in. If you are a student we will need a copy of your ID, your enrolment details and valid visa (international students only) before you move-in. If you are a young professional we will need your ID, proof of income, valid visa (if you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident) before we execute your agreement.

Our team will register you as a member upon check-in so you can use the gym anytime and for free. We also have a professional trainer on-site so you can join other members if you wish to pay for professional training sessions.

Our properties have automated parcel management lockers. These lockers make receiving post/mail hassle free. Couriers deliver post/mail direct to the lockers and you will receive an automatic notification to let you know you can come and collect your parcel at your own convenience.
