Promotion
Be among the first 50 to make a booking at The Switch Adelaide Central and receive the following promotion on eligible room types and contract lengths:
- Studio room type – 4 weeks’ rent free on a 51-week+ contract with a July 2027
contract end date
- Studio room type – 2 weeks’ rent free on a 26-week+ contract with a February
2027 contract end date
- Shared room type – 2 weeks’ rent free on a 51-week+ contract with a July 2027
contract end date
- Shared room type – 1 week’s rent free on a 26-week+ contract with a February
2027 contract end date
The rent-free period will be applied to the final 4, 2, or 1 weeks of the executed lease agreement. This promotion has no cash value and is not transferable.

Promotional Period
From 00:01 on 1 April 2026 (AEDT) until 50 new leases have been signed.

Eligible Entrants
Entrants must:
- Be aged 18 years or older during the Promotional Period; and
- Be a new resident of The Switch Adelaide Central.

How to Apply
1. Submit an application via The Switch website or through a referral partner using
The Switch application form during the Promotional Period.
2. Pass the eligibility check conducted by The Switch team.
3. Be one of the first 50 eligible applicants to execute a lease agreement within the Promotional Period.

Entry Limits
One entry per Eligible Entrant. Limited to one residential tenancy agreement per
entrant.

Promotion Benefit
- Studio room type – 4 weeks’ rent free (51-week+ contract, July 2027 end date)
- Studio room type – 2 weeks’ rent free (26-week+ contract, February 2027 end
date)
- Shared room type – 2 weeks’ rent free (51-week+ contract, July 2027 end date)
- Shared room type – 1 week’s rent free (26-week+ contract, February 2027 end
date)

Promotion Application
The rent-free credit will be applied automatically to the eligible tenant’s account and will apply only to the final 4, 2, or 1 weeks of rent.

How to Qualify
Entrants must complete all three steps outlined under “How to Apply” within the
Promotional Period and remain in the tenancy for the full duration of the lease
agreement.

Offer Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is COR Partners Ltd Pty Ltd (ACN 633 003 095), of L38, Tower 3,
International Towers Sydney, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, New South Wales,
Australia.
2. Employees of the Promoter (including related bodies corporate), their close
relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the Promoter are ineligible to
enter.
3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions.

4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete all steps outlined in “How to Apply”
during the Promotional Period.
5. Only one entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted. Multiple entries will be
disqualified. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.
6. The promotion opens at 00:01 on 1 April 2026 (AEDT) and closes once 50 eligible lease agreements have been executed.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these
Terms and Conditions due to events outside its control. Any changes will be
communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
8. The promotion will end early if all eligible rooms are sold out prior to the end of
the Promotional Period.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory
consumer guarantees under applicable law (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
Subject to this, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising
from the promotion.
11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, and
disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
12. The Promoter collects personal information to administer the promotion and for marketing purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.
13. If an entrant cancels or terminates their tenancy agreement before or during the lease term, their eligibility for the promotion will cease.
14. If an entrant falls into rent arrears, their eligibility for the promotion will cease.
15. The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
