Stable Talk Cafe that is located on Anzac Parade, has an aroma of freshly ground coffee beans as you step inside (perfect for your morning coffee before class or work!). The cafe not only serves great coffee, but delicious food. Especially their burgers are world class! It’s a great place to stop to quickly grab your coffee and go, or sit down with some friends and enjoy lunch. We think this will definitely become a staple for you.
Cafe Jacks Kensington
Cafe Jacks is definitely a gem for locals, so no doubt you’ll become very familiar with the menu! The rustic decor creates a cosy ambiance, not to mention they have a delicious breakfast and lunch menu which is very popular among locals. They are particularly busy on a Sunday morning as their brekky and coffee is unmatched, so you’d want to get a seat early! This unassuming cafe is well-loved for its delicious bagels and selection of artisan house-baked pastries, not to mention their great coffee! There is enough seating to hang with friends whilst enjoying the morning sun. Another perfect spot for mid-week class break or weekend catch-up with friends! Don’t forget to try their Cinnamon & Chocolate Babka – always fresh out of the oven! The friendly staff and welcoming vibe adds to the overall experience.
Bar Lucio
Bar Lucio has been described as a little slice of Italy tucked into the streets of Kensington. Locals absolutely love it, their coffee is fantastic, and they have a delicious selection of lunch options and handmade pastries. Even if you’re not a UNSW student it still is a great place to enjoy your coffee.
